These terms apply when you create or use a dewit account. dewit is an early-access planning product operated by Arkis. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
Your account is for you. Keep your login and agent credentials private, provide accurate account information, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. Each beta account is a separate private workspace; the beta does not provide shared workspaces, invitations, or client access.
Do not use dewit to break the law, harm another person, probe or bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or access data that is not yours. AI-agent access is subject to the same rules as your own use, and you are responsible for the agents and credentials you connect.
You keep ownership of the tasks, projects, notes, calendar information, feedback, and other content you provide. You give dewit permission to store and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. When you connect Google Calendar or an AI agent, you authorize dewit to perform the actions you request through that connection. Third-party services also apply their own terms.
This is an early beta. Features can change, errors and interruptions can occur, and no uptime commitment is offered yet. We will use reasonable care, but the service is provided as available and without promises that it will be uninterrupted or fit every purpose. Do not make dewit your only copy of critical information.
We may suspend an account to protect users or the service, or for a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using dewit at any time and request account deletion. If these terms materially change, we will update the version and ask for any new consent that is legally or practically required.
